This is going to be an easy TGIF! I'm oozing gratitude over here today. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all of the kind and supportive comments about The UP Experience. I'm also so grateful for the wonderful experience that I'm having over at PNN.

I'm going to make this short and sweet tonight so I can get some rest!

Today I'm trusting that good rest and healthy food makes everything better.

I'm grateful for this community.

I'm inspired by laughter. I once heard Anne Lammot say that "laughter is an effervescent form of holiness." I believe it. And . . . if you like Flight of the Concords, you have to watch this clip. OMG, it's so funny (in-a-too-true-to-not-be-funny kinda way)!

Wow Brene. We are both up late tonight! I am trusting my husband to warm up the bed before I crawl in. I am SO grateful my 3 kids all came home for the weekend. Today I am trusting in my most MondoBeyondo dreams. My very favorite MondoBeyondo from the last year is laying at my feet right now; last year, about this time, I declared I was getting a snow dog the 2nd week of August. I can't believe she's been here for 2 months!
Today I am grateful for a couple of opportunities I've had to see previous patients outside of the care environment this week. Sometimes it's pretty easy to get buried in this calling of mine and to lose sight of the big why. I've had some touching reminders, and I appreciate them deeply.

I am trying to wrap my hands around your concept of authenticity, honesty and shame.
My honesty cost me my main gig 6 weeks ago so should I have been less frank or would doing so have been dangerous to my health.
