tgif + some hot air

So, what takes more courage: Floating 3,000 miles over Utah in a hot air balloon with Karen, or using this song for my video? Yes, it's straight from the jukebox of cheese - but I love it! Here's how I spent my morning:

Today:

I'm trusting that it's okay to stop and spend an hour floating through the air when there are a million things on my to-do list. (At 8AM I was trusting Logan - our handsome balloon pilot).

I'm grateful that I said, yes when Karen asked me if I wanted to join her for her life list adventure.

I'm inspired by the beauty of Utah and the lovely organizers of the EVO Conference.

 Happy TGIF!

What are you trusting, grateful for, and inspired by?

Riding in a hot air balloon is on my "mondo beyondo" life list! So glad you had a joyful day :)

"Listen to the clues. The next time you feel real joy, stop and think. Pay attention. Because joy is the universe's way of knocking on your minds door. Hello in there. Is anyone home? Can I leave a message? Good! The message is that you are happy and that means that you are in touch with your purpose." (Steve Chandler)

I am TRUSTING my own intuition for the first time in my adult life, and it feels absolutely wondering and frightening all at the same time.

I am GRATEFUL for the most precious man in my life that accepts me for who I am, baggage and all.

I am INSPIRED by your blog and also "grateful" that happenstance brought me into your world.
