Loved Susan's TED talk!
The recipes. The photos. The humor. I'm so in!
I reread this every couple of years! So powerful.
C'mon. The subtitle says it all.
So totally addicted to this series! Absolutely amazing!
Based on your recommendations from a recent blog post! It's another wonderful BBC mystery series!
One of the best shows on TV. Juiliana Marguiles is incredible.

Also, I constantly watch your TedTalk just to remind myself that it's ok to feel vulnerability. It's very affecting. Thank you.
Thanks for this post. I love, love Madeleine L'Engle. It is "Heart"warming to me that you are sharing one of her quotes. I sometimes feel like you are a good friend that I want to grab a cup of coffee with.
FYI for you or your other readers... I love her Crosswicks journals...."A Circle of quiet," is the first one in the series. Also one of my favorite parenting experiences has been reading the Wrinkle in Time series (all the books are good) with my 9 year old son. It is like my life coming full circle.
Blesssings to you in this season.

Your book is beautiful. What a relief to be reading it. I have been struggling with shame for a while now, except I didn't know about it. The symptoms appear when I interact with others and have difficulty maintaining eye contact. Authenticity is difficult for me and I often hear myself gulPing during conversations. I hate it. I'm still trying to figure itout.
I just watched your TEDx talk and I really enjoyed it :) Also, this quote beautifully captures your talk.
Thanks
Also, I'd like to thank you in this new year for your books and your ongoing blog. I love your book, Gifts of Imperfection, and I feel so refreshed each time I read a chapter. Its a book I'd love to give to all my close friends and my sisters. Your blog is something that comes to mind to check in on often, and whenever I do I find it makes me contemplative and gives me peace. Thank you so much for that, Brene!
